Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage and keep your tutu and accessories looking full and fabulous.
Depending on order size there may be multiple boxes for shipping.
Please allow 2-3 weeks plus 2-7 business days for shipping tutu dresses, flower girl skirts and special order leotards. (please feel free to contact us as we may be able to make some special orders sooner)

Return Policy
Returns can be made with proof of purchase within 21 days unworn, unused and in it's original condition. Custom made items and custom designed items are unable to be returned. However, we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied. Refunds will be made for the cost of the items purchased and returned in the form the payment was made. There are no refunds on shipping charges. Refunds are provided within 5-7 business days of received goods and you will be notified by email when this happens. Exchanges upon request and you will not be charged for shipping on exchanges.
